What the desk is
Owners and managers set a budget for real on-site property work. Handymen choose jobs at that posted budget. They do not set a different price. The card charge is for that real-world service. It is not a digital good, a game item, or a subscription, so it is processed by Stripe, not by Google Play billing. The total is the budget plus an 8% desk fee, shown before you pay.
Listings marked Sample are examples, not real customers or real reviews. Check licenses and insurance yourself before you let someone into a building. The desk does not employ the handyman.
What you may not post
Do not post illegal work, scams, impersonation, hate, harassment, threats, sexual content, anything involving minors, spam, or malware. Do not ask for payment outside the job for a different purpose than the posted work. We remove content and accounts that break these rules.
Reports and blocks
Use Report on a job, profile, or review. That item is hidden for you immediately and sent to maxwellenterprisesources@gmail.com. Three separate reports hide it for everyone while it is reviewed. Use Block to hide a person’s jobs and profile.
Accounts
You can delete your account and personal data in the app or at the public delete account page. Paid invoice records may be kept without your name, as described in the privacy policy.
